Happy New Year

Happy New Year everyone!

I hope you've all had a wonderful Christmas and holiday season.

Time to get back to work now, take down the decorations (if you haven't already) and maybe book a course with us to develop your skills in 2019.

Check the website for courses starting in January and February.  If dates are not displayed for your venue please contact us.

Have you set any intentions for the year ahead? What are your goals and aspirations for 2019?  Before you do, celebrate 2018 and all you created and achieved during the last 12 months.  Ask yourself:

  • What am I proud of?
  • What lessons did I learn?
  • What dreams came true?
  • 2018 led me to...
  • I am thankful for...

Now ask yourself where you are headed this year. This time next year what would you like to be proud of and thankful for?

Frankincense - essential oil of the month for December

Essential oil of the month

Frankincense balances and protects.  Working on the violet/gold ray and the crown chakra, this essence is healing both emotionally and physically. Its message is that the universal force moves only forward – there is no going back.  Entirely appropriate for the Christmas season, it was one of the gifts to the baby Jesus.

Eucalyptus - essential oil of the month

Essential oil of the month

Not the most romantic or spiritual sounding essence, but one of my favourites and always worth keeping in your medicine chest especially at this time of year.

Eucalyptus is a decongestant so is excellent for chesty coughs and colds which will not clear; its affinity with the green ray of healing opens and clears the chest and lungs.

It has anti-viral properties and boosts the immune system so has to be a clear choice for the viral infections that seem to plague everyone in the winter.

Eucalyptus also has analgesic properties so very useful for headaches and migraines.
