My Holistic Journey began in 2004 following an illness. After receiving regular Reiki and Indian Head Treatments I learnt them to treat myself and am now qualified in a wide range of therapies.
I am enthusiastic and passionate about holistic therapies as they can help prevent illness, reduce stress, help you to relax and more importantly they help the promote the body's natural ability to heal itself.
The small class numbers range from 1-1 tutition to a maximum of 6 students, ensuring that you receive individual attention and support. Dates are advertised but if these are not suitable please contact us for alternative dates.
Teaching takes place at Retreat, 199 High Street, Ongar, Essex, CM5 9JG
