Teaching Experience

I have over nine years experience as a teacher of Holistic Therapies in further education and in the community.  I am qualified as an assessor and to postgraduate level in teaching.  I am passionate about my subject and love passing on my skills and knowledge to my students.

Professional membership

I am a member of the Professional Beauty Guild and Guild of Holistic Therapists, Embody, the Healer Foundation, the BCMA and the Institute for Learning.  Membership of a professional body means that I work to a strict code of professional ethics and must update my skills on a regular basis through continuing professional development. 

Personal statement

I truly believe that we are complex beings and our physical health is inter-linked with our emotional, mental and spiritual well being. Imbalances in these areas often manifest as physical illness.  Holistic Therapies can help to address causes of illness as well as symptoms. The holistic approach means that the client is treated as a whole person.
