We usually associate Reflexology with the feet. However, Hand Reflexology is very versatile alternative. Some people don't like to have their feet touched or perhaps they have diabetes and treatment is contra-indicated on the feet.
All reflexology is based on the principle that the hands or feet are a map of the entire body, so that when the reflex points are stimulated, the therapist is treating the whole body not just the hands or feet.
Hand Reflexology works by stimulating the body's own healing mechanisms in order to restore balance and a feeling of well being. It is a truly holistic treatment.
Hand Reflexology has many benefits; it can help reduce stress, improve circulation, cleanse the body of toxins and revitalise energy levels. It can be used in many situations where foot reflexology cannot eg if the client is in bed in hospital, has disabilities and is in a wheelchair or in the case of amputation.

a 3.5 day course - for those without a Foot Reflexology qualification
a home study course, initially for those who are already qualified in foot reflexology.
