Hand Reflexology

1 or 3.5 Day Hand Reflexology Diploma

Hand Reflexology is based on the principle that the hands are a map of the entire body, so that when the reflex points are stimulated, the therapist is treating the whole body not just the hands.

Hand Reflexology works by stimulating the body's own healing mechanisms in order to restore balance and a feeling of well being.

Hand Reflexology has many benefits; it can help reduce stress, improve circulation, cleanse the body of toxins and revitalise energy levels. It can be used in many situations where foot reflexology cannot eg if the client has diabetes, the client doesn't like their feet to be touched, in the case of amputation etc.

Also available as a home study course, initially for those who are already qualified in foot reflexology.  Home study course for students not qualified coming early 2021.
